1、检测导管最大外径：试样长度依据标准要求，选择《GBT17194-2导管最大外径的环规》无需过分用力便能使环规通过整段导管试样时，该导管试样为合格。正常情况下，有保护性涂镀层的导管应在涂镀前进行此项试验。
2、检测金属刚性导管最小外径：试样长度依据标准要求，选择《GBT17194-3a刚性金属导管最小外径量规》不过分用力，量规就不可能通过整段导管时，该导管试样为合格。
3、检测非金属刚性导管最小外径：试样长度依据标准要求，选择《GBT17194-3b非刚性金属导管最小外径量规》在自重作用下，环规不能通过整段导管时，该导管试样为合格。
4、检测导管与配件的外螺纹：试样长度依据标准要求，选择《GBT17194-4外螺纹通(T)/ mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">止(Z) "Times New Roman"">环规》，无需过分用力便可把螺纹环规(T) "Times New Roman"">旋入导管的螺纹中；而不过分用力，就无法使螺纹环规(Z) "Times New Roman"">通过螺纹，则该导管试样的外螺纹为合格。
5、检测导管与配件的内螺纹：试样长度依据标准要求，选择《GBT17194-5内螺纹通(T)/ mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">止(Z) "Times New Roman"">塞规》，无需过分用力便可把螺纹塞规(T) "Times New Roman"">旋入导管的螺纹中去；而不过分用力就无法使螺纹塞规(Z) "Times New Roman"">通过螺纹，该配件试样的内螺纹为合格。
